Basic Policy
Through constructive dialogue with our shareholders and investors, the Company strives to identify key issues and reflect them in its management to achieve sustainable growth and maximize corporate value. We are committed to enhancing the transparency and effectiveness of our management by carefully considering the opinions and feedback we receive and incorporating them into our corporate strategy.

Our investor relations (IR) activities are conducted under the supervision of the President and CEO. The Finance Department oversees information disclosure and communication with shareholders and investors, working in close collaboration with relevant internal departments to ensure comprehensive and accurate information gathering and analysis. The Finance Department takes the lead in engaging with shareholders and investors, while the President and CEO, along with relevant executive officers, actively participates in discussions as appropriate, depending on the topics and requests raised during such dialogues. - Utilization of Feedback from Shareholders and Investors
Opinions and requests received from shareholders and investors are shared with executive management and relevant departments. The feedback is recognized as an important input for management and is reflected in initiatives aimed at enhancing corporate value, including improvements to our business strategies and corporate governance.
